Jesse James Garrett, the guy who coined the terms Ajax and UX, once famously said about Microsoft Office, "That’s not a solution, that’s a problem. This is the equivalent of saying we couldn’t solve it, and hence we left the problem for you to solve." How many menu commands do you think there are in Microsoft Office? 1,000? 5,000? 10,000?
